What data we collect
- Account data: Email address and password when you create an account.
- Profile data: Business name, business type, and county — optional, provided by you.
- Assessment data: Your answers to the AI Readiness Assessment and the resulting scores.
- Business sector: When you take the assessment, we ask what type of business you run (e.g. Trades, Hospitality, Retail, Professional Services). This is optional and is used to provide sector-specific benchmarks comparing your results to similar Irish businesses. It does not affect your assessment score.
- Payment data: Stripe processes payment information. We do not store card details.
- Usage data: Anonymised page views collected via Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no personal data).
Legal basis for processing
- Contract: Account data and payment data are processed to deliver the service you have purchased.
- Legitimate interest: Anonymised analytics to improve the product.
- Consent: Marketing emails, including the drip email series and monthly digest, are only sent where you have explicitly opted in via checkbox. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
How we use your data
- To provide access to the True Clarity toolkit and playbooks
- To process payments via Stripe
- To send service-related emails (account confirmation, receipts)
- To improve the product using anonymised analytics
- Email marketing: With your explicit consent (opt-in checkbox), we send a short series of personalised emails with AI tips and guides based on your assessment results. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- Monthly digest emails: If you are a paid subscriber and have opted in to marketing emails, we send a monthly email summarising what's new, your assessment score trends, and suggested next actions. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We share data only with the following processors:
