Agreement to terms

By accessing or using True Clarity (trueclarity.ie), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

The service

True Clarity provides a digital toolkit for Irish SME owners, including an AI readiness assessment, playbooks, prompt library, and tool directory. Content is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be 18 or older to create an account. One account per person.

Payments

Paid plans are charged via Stripe. The Starter plan (€49) is a one-time payment with no expiry. Full Access plans are recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, but you retain access until the end of your paid period.

Intellectual property

All content on True Clarity — including playbooks, prompts, and guides — is owned by True Clarity and may not be reproduced, resold, or shared without permission. You may use the prompts and frameworks in your own business.

Limitation of liability

True Clarity is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the content. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on content from this platform. Always consult a professional for legal, financial, or tax advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
