Agreement to terms
By accessing or using True Clarity (trueclarity.ie), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.
The service
True Clarity provides a digital toolkit for Irish SME owners, including an AI readiness assessment, playbooks, prompt library, and tool directory. Content is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be 18 or older to create an account. One account per person.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans are charged via Stripe. Starter (€29/month) and Full Access (€49/month) are recurring subscriptions that can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard.
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by accessing the digital content (guides, prompts, or any paid feature) before that period expires, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal in respect of that content, as permitted under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
If you have not accessed any paid content within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@trueclarity.ie. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods once content has been accessed, but you retain access until the end of your paid period.
Intellectual property
All content on True Clarity — including playbooks, prompts, and guides — is owned by True Clarity and may not be reproduced, resold, or shared without permission. You may use the prompts and frameworks in your own business.
Disclaimer — not professional advice
All content on True Clarity — including guides, playbooks, prompts, and articles — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, tax, accounting, or any other form of professional advice. Always consult a suitably qualified professional before making business decisions.
Limitation of liability
True Clarity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law, True Clarity, its owner, and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service or reliance on any content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
