Live Chat

Live chat is a tool that lets customers send messages to your business directly from your website and get a reply in real time. It can be handled by a human, an AI chatbot, or a combination of both. Live chat reduces phone call volume, captures leads outside business hours, and gives customers a fast way to get answers without picking up the phone.

Real-world example

A plumbing company adds a live chat widget to their site. Outside office hours, an AI bot answers common questions about pricing and availability and books call-backs for the owner to follow up.
