Make (formerly Integromat)
Make (previously called Integromat) is a tool similar to Zapier that connects different apps and automates tasks between them. It is slightly more powerful than Zapier for complex automations, but also slightly more technical. For most small businesses, Zapier is simpler to start with. Make has a free plan.
Real-world example
A photographer uses Make to automatically send a welcome email, add the client to a spreadsheet, and create a folder in Google Drive whenever a new booking comes through their website.
