Receipt Scanning

Receipt scanning tools use AI to read photos of your receipts and invoices and automatically pull out the key details — supplier name, amount, date, and VAT. Apps like Dext, AutoEntry, and Hubdoc do this and then push the data straight into your accounting software like Xero or Sage. This removes the need to type in expenses manually, reduces errors, and keeps your records tidy for your accountant. It's one of the quickest admin wins available for any Irish business owner.
