Sentiment Analysis

Sentiment analysis is an AI technique that reads text — like customer reviews, emails, or social media comments — and determines whether the tone is positive, negative, or neutral. It allows businesses to quickly understand how customers feel without reading every message individually. This is especially useful when you receive large volumes of feedback. Many CRM and review platforms have this built in.
